a. Webinar Sign-ups: Users of Beestreamed can sign up for webinars hosted by our clients. During the sign-up process, we collect the user's email address and name. This data is necessary for facilitating the registration process and providing access to the webinar.

b. Live Chat and Q&A: Users may also engage in live chat and Q&A sessions during webinars. Any data shared in these interactions, including messages and questions, may be collected and stored by Beestreamed.

2. Storage and Security Measures

a. All personal data collected, including email addresses, names, and chat/Q&A interactions, is stored securely on AWS RDS databases with locked access. Beestreamed's databases employ robust security measures to prevent unauthorized access or breaches. Logins are regularly shifted and re-encrypted to prevent breaches.

b. Data access is strictly controlled and limited to authorized personnel only. Access to Beestreamed's databases requires multiple levels of authentication, ensuring that only authorized individuals can view or manipulate personal data.

c. IP addresses stored in Beestreamed's databases are encrypted using AES-256-CBC encryption, providing an additional layer of security to protect user privacy.

3. User Rights and Data Removal

a. Users have the right to request the removal of their personal data from Beestreamed's platform. They can do so by reaching out to either Beestreamed or the relevant client. Requests for data removal should specify the data to be removed, such as email address or name.

b. Upon receiving a valid request, Beestreamed will promptly delete or anonymize the requested personal data from its databases. Beestreamed will also communicate with the relevant client to ensure that the data is removed from their records as well.

c. Users also have the right to request access to their personal data and, in certain instances, request changes. Instances where users have the right to change their data include situations where their given email is invalid and requires a change to have the platform function correctly. Any other data given by the user is not changeable or undoable. Beestreamed is able to delete or anonymize all information about a user, but not specific information.

4. Client Responsibilities and Data Usage

a. Third-party clients of Beestreamed have access to the personal data collected through Beestreamed's platform, including webinar sign-ups and chat/Q&A interactions. They are responsible for using this data in compliance with GDPR and other applicable privacy laws.

b. Any specific uses of personal data by Beestreamed's clients outside of the platform must be stated in their own terms of service agreement. Beestreamed does not control or monitor the data usage practices of its clients, but it requires them to adhere to privacy best practices and legal requirements.

5. Data Protection Compliance

a. Beestreamed regularly reviews and updates its data protection practices to ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations. Beestreamed's team receives training on data protection and privacy best practices to maintain a high standard of compliance.

b. Beestreamed maintains records of data processing activities and implements measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of personal data on its platform.
